Confirming you are using the OpenUI™

One of the most common problems when third party modules installed do not give you any results, or when you cannot find the features included with the OpenUI™, is that the OpenUI™ is not selected for your current store. If you are unsure about whether or not the user interface was installed properly, there's a simple check to make sure that it has been selected as your store's Look and Feel.

To make sure you are using the OpenUI™:

In the admin menu, click the

next to Stores.

Click the Name of Your Store (the link).

In the right-hand menu, click the Layout link.

Verify that the OpenUI™ is selected - the radio button will be blackened.

If the OpenUI™ is not selected, STOP!

If you installed the OpenUI™ yourself, go back through the installation docs, as you missed important steps. You will need to export your store's settings before going any further. If the OpenUI™ was installed for you, contact the installer as installation was not complete.
