OpenUI™ Customer Order Confirmation Email

You can activate and customize the format of the email that is sent to the customer.

In the admin.mv, click the

next to Stores.

Click the

next to Your Store's Link.

Click the Order Fulfillment Configuration link.

Click the OpenUI™ Customer Order Confirmation Email link.

Make any desired changes.

Click Update.

As with other features, you can use tokens to include the order number, order total or other information in both the subject and content of the message.

NOTE: Although you can include various tokens in the content of the email, the information you put here is displayed above the actual order information, which already includes the customer's contact information and details (products, attributes, order totals, shipping, tax, etc.) about the order.
