OpenTokens™ Shortcuts
Return to Introduction  Previous page  Next page

With OpenTokens™ enabled, you'll be able to easily use tokens via the OpenTokens™ Shortcuts. These shortcuts are provided for in a drop-down list and are easy to add to your store strings.

To insert a token:

1.At the very top of the header/footer where you want to insert a token shortcut (or token), enter %OUI% - all strings w/tokens must start with this special code or it will not work.

2.Use the pull-down menu to select the token you want to insert.

3.In the text entry box for that feature, click the mouse cursor where you want the token to appear.

4.Click the Insert Token button.

Since tokens will parse actual textual content (such as the product name or description), keep in mind that while you can include additional text of your own, you'll want to make sure you don't break the token code apart and will want to include other text before or after the token.
