OUI_LanguageString_Raw()

This function is used to return a string (in it's RAW format) based on the current Language. It uses the format:

<MvFUNCTION NAME = "OUI_LanguageString_Raw" PARAMETERS = "group, id, found VAR" STANDARDOUTPUTLEVEL = "">  

This function is called with the parameters:

·l.group      set to the group "code" (see OUI_LangGroup_Create())  
·l.id      set to a ID number unique for each string within the specified group  

The return value is either a "blank" (if not found or error occurred) or the actual string. No OpenTokens processing occurs. (To get the string after OpenToken processing, such as for displaying in the storefront, use OUI_LanguageString()).
