OUI_Log()

This function "opens" (or creates) a new entry in the OpenUI Admin Log. It uses the format:

<MvFUNCTION NAME = "OUI_Log" PARAMETERS = "modcode, action" STANDARDOUTPUTLEVEL = "" ERROROUTPUTLEVEL = "syntax,expression">  

This function is called with the parameters:

·l.modcode   set to the modules "code"  
·l.action      set to a string describing the action  

The return value is either a "blank" (error occurred) or the "entry ID string" (a unique indentifier for the new entry).
