If you are upgrading from uncompiled Merchant (versions 4.13 and lower) to compiled Merchant (v4.14 and above), just run the Merchant Upgrade process as normal, allowing it to "disable" the OpenUI Look & Feel module. When the Upgrade is completed, install the Wizard (if it's not already installed), and run the Wizard. Then, go to the OpenUI Look & Feel module (in the Modules list), check the "Active" checkbox and press Update.
