OpenOrders

OpenOrders™

The OpenOrders™ feature can be accessed one of two ways:

By clicking the

button from the OpenBatches™ listing screen.

By clicking the OpenOrders™ link from your store's Utilities menu.

Here, you can run specific filters and searches on orders in the store.

Batch Filter

Select to run the search on all orders, all unbatched orders, or orders from a specific batch.

Order Item Filter

Enter the product code of the item you want to filter on.

Order Filter

You can filter according to the order number itself or various other order criteria.

Order Total Range

You can enter the minimum and maximum order amounts.

Date/Time Range

Enter the start and end dates in the format provided.

To view details about an order, you can click the

button. When finished looking at the order details, just click the Order List link to return to this filter screen.
