OpenTokens™: %HOOKSKIP()% and %HOOKSKIPEND%

OpenTokens™ now support %HOOKSKIP()%. These follow this format:

%HOOKSKIP%  
 
%HOOKSKIPEND%  

This will function identically to the following, but can optionally be removed during the OpenToken preprocessing step:

%IF(NOT g.OUIX_trash)%  
 
%IFEND%
